Stainless Steel Rod Holders 1-3/4" ,60 Degree. Angled flush mount, Soft black liner. Flange gasket with integral flip-up cap.
Tube OD: 2".
Tube ID: 1-5/8".

The width of the flange is 3.5 and the length of the flange is 4".
